JAMAICA BLUE MOUNTAIN |

Coffee arrived in Jamaica in 1725 and came from Martinique Island.
On its mountainous terraces with 20 degree gradients, there are ideal conditions to grow what is considered the best coffee variety in the world: the weather is always fresh, cloudy and very rainy, but never cold.
The quality coffee is incomparable, wonderfully flavoured, with a tremendous balance in aroma, body, acidity and sweetness.

PUERTO RICO YAUCO SELECTO |

Immigrants coming from Corcega started to grow this coffee on the high lands of Yauco village at the beginning of the XIX century.
Eventually, "Yauco Selecto" became very famous to the point that, in 1890 its high standard of quality was recognized throughout Europe.
The coffee plantation is located on high latitudes on very clayish land and it feeds on Caribbean sea micronutrients carried by the wind.
Creamy coffee, almost buttery, with a slightly chocolate touch and strong flavor.

It comes from Ethiopia. The legend speaks of a shepherd called Kali who realised that his sheep couldn't sleep, due to coffee plantation fruit ingestion.
It began to be grown about the X century. Ethiopian Army spread it to neighbouring countries, and the Turkish took it to Europe in the XVI century. From there to America, where reached maximum development. The word Moka comes from the port where coffee was sent abroad.
Grown on 2000 metre high plateaus, the Moka Limu coffee stands out for its exotic flavor, full body and average acidity.

This coffee is produced with purely organic techniques, either in the conservation of land and plagues control, or in the irrigation.
